Best Western Plus Travel Inn Melbourne, Melbourne

The hotel is located in lovely Carlton, close to all the nice cafes and within walking distance of Melbourne shopping and Lygon Street for fabulous eateries. The rooms, though somewhat small, had everything we needed and were very nice. The staff, while not the friendliest, were helpful with inquiries and even arranged a room for us when we checked in early. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the tram stop directly to Flinders. Dining was a bit on the expensive side with limited options, especially the in-room dining. The pool is very small but manageable. Overall, a good value for the comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great location, close to entertainment and public transport. The rooms were disappointing with dirt, stains, and musky odors. The service was exceptional, especially for the LEGO BRICKVENTION. The dining experience was simple but well done. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
